admin a772abb406 fix(seo): URL-encode tag in canonical link ...

Tag pages emitted <link rel="canonical" href="...tag/Foo Bar/">
with literal spaces. Wrap with encodeURIComponent so the canonical
matches the encoded URL in the sitemap.
